In these 4 days I invite you to commit on your mental, physical and spiritual aspect of yourself through Forrest Yoga Classes

What we will focus on is to ease your pain as well as to strengthen and get more flexibility on your shoulders and glutes. You don't need any sort of experience or any flexibility to join this challenge. However I encourage you to spare 90 minutes per day during this yoga party to work on yourself.

During the week you get access to live classes consist of 4 days of Forrest Yoga classes. If you cannot make it, you can always watch the pre-recorded class. The recording will be up few hours after the live class is taught.

The props that you need are block, roll / rolled up mat, strap and a wall.
