About the event
A progressive hands on training in tactile perception, structural mapping, and integrative touch.
This immersion refines how you sense, assess, and respond through your hands. Each day builds on the previous one, moving from subtle rhythm perception to anatomical mapping, fascial continuity, abdominal integration, and structured treatment closure.
Midway through the immersion, we intentionally create space for integration with one afternoon off.
Daily Structure
Each training day follows a consistent rhythm:
Morning
Meditation and related movement practice
10.30am to 12.30pm Technical teaching and guided exploration
Lunch
12.30pm to 2.30pm
Afternoon
2.30pm to 5.30pm Supervised partner practice and application
Day 4 includes an afternoon integration break.
✨The 7 Day Progression✨
Day 1️⃣
Tracking the Rhythm of the Waves
Cranial Sacral and Fascial Sensing
Morning meditation prepares perceptual clarity.
Technical session focuses on occiput and sacrum listening, distinguishing cranial rhythm from breath wave and fascial movement.
Afternoon partner practice refines subtle tactile accuracy.
Day 2️⃣
Awe of the Landmarks
Lymphatic Drainage and Structural Mapping
Morning practice builds grounded awareness.
Technical session maps foot, ankle, tibia, fibula, knee, and pelvis with eyes closed relational tracking.
Gentle lymphatic principles support fluid movement.
Afternoon application integrates structural literacy with fluid touch.
Day 3️⃣
Awe of the Lines
Myofascial Release I
Morning meditation connects sensing to line awareness.
Technical session follows superficial and deep fascial continuities through the lower body.
Afternoon practice develops sustained contact and global pattern recognition.
Day 4️⃣
Resonating Intent
Still Points, Meditation, and Touch
Morning meditation deepens practitioner coherence.
Technical session introduces cranial and sacral still points and explores how intent influences tissue response.
Afternoon
Integration Break
Time for rest, journaling, body awareness walking, or personal exploration.
This pause allows the nervous system and hands to consolidate learning before the second half of the immersion.
Day 5️⃣
Heart Through Hand Mapping
Myofascial Release II
Morning movement refines thoracic and shoulder awareness.
Technical session maps continuity from sternum through shoulder, elbow, and hand.
Afternoon practice strengthens upper limb assessment and release strategy.
Day 6️⃣
Dan Tian
Myofascial Release III and Abdominal Integration
Morning meditation connects to the central axis.
Technical session orients to the lower abdomen, tracks density, and applies spiraling contact toward center.
Afternoon practice integrates breath and abdominal release.
Day 7️⃣
The Finishing Touch
Reflexology and Integrative Closure
Morning session stabilizes presence and grounding.
Technical session refines head and foot integration.
Afternoon practice structures a complete opening to closing treatment arc.
Why the Midweek Integration Matters
Manual skill matures through repetition and consolidation.
The Day 4 afternoon break supports:
* Nervous system integration
* Precision in the second half of training
* Reduced fatigue
* Clearer tactile response
About the Teachers
Brian Campbell and Jambo Truong are the co creators of Yoga Bodyworkers, a methodology that bridges movement education and hands on therapy with anatomical precision and embodied awareness.
Brian brings decades of experience in yoga, structural integration, and tactile training. His work emphasises clarity of touch, functional anatomy, and the refinement of perception. He is known for his ability to translate complex structural concepts into skills that practitioners can feel immediately in their hands.
Jambo Truong integrates biomechanics, somatic education, meditation, and traditional healing systems into a cohesive teaching approach. With a background in complementary medicine, fascial mapping, and movement based therapy, Jambo guides practitioners to combine structural accuracy with nervous system coherence.
Together, they created Yoga Bodyworkers to elevate the standard of touch based education. Their trainings are immersive, precise, and progressive. Students value the depth of anatomical understanding, the meditative grounding, and the practical tools they leave with.
This immersion reflects years of refinement, collaboration, and clinical experience.
