Led by Ricky Saputra, a Forrest Yoga Guardian, this course is more than just a class—it’s a commitment to your personal growth. Through breath, core activation, and mindful movement, you’ll experience a powerful practice that strengthens your body, calms your mind, and unlocks deep healing.

How this course work?

  • ​Live Weekly Class – Every Tuesday at 7:00 PM (Jakarta Time) and Every Saturday 10.30 AM, join me for a live online session where we’ll explore the depth of Forrest Yoga.

Accessible to all, Forrest Yoga is renowned globally as a powerfully physical, internally focused Ceremonial yoga practice that emphasizes how to carry a transformative experience from the yoga mat into daily life. It help to address the modern needs of human's body mind, body and soul

Forrest Yoga class is structured based on its pillars; Breath, Strength, Intent, and Spirit. 

 

Breath, as the key of our life people most people do not aware of how they breathe. In this class you will be guided on how to take deeper breath. Every cues is started with breath cue, this will help you to remember to breathe deeply and properly so that you can embody your practice.

Strength, Forrest Yoga known by how strong it's practice. The class structure always has abs as it's warm up part. This is to make sure that your body is strong and safe enough to proceed the rest of the class. You will also gain extra strength by holding each poses for 5 breath.

Intent, each classes is started with an intent. The intent determines how the class is going to be. It also helps you to embody the practice by doing the poses in a way that suitable with the intent.

Spirit, the practice is designed to nurture your spirit. If the word of spirit is way too advanced for you, you can also think it is as your body and soul.
