Not everyone travels away for a holiday.
Sometimes what the body really needs is time to train, restore, and reconnect with movement.
Handstand & Movement Recode is a two-day workshop designed to help you build a stronger handstand while improving the way your body moves and organizes itself.
This experience blends skill training and corrective movement so that strength, alignment, and awareness can develop together.
The mornings are dedicated to handstand training, while the afternoons focus on Movement Recode yoga, a corrective practice that supports mobility, stability, and efficient mechanics.
This weekend is designed to feel like a small urban retreat — a space to step away from routine, practice deeply, and return with a stronger connection to your body.
Workshop Structure
Each day includes two practice sessions with a long break in between, allowing time to rest, eat, reflect, or enjoy a slow afternoon before returning to practice.

Movement Recode Yoga
Handstand Training
The morning sessions focus on building a clean and efficient handstand line.
Rather than relying on momentum, we explore how the body stacks and balances through alignment, strength, and awareness.
Topics include:
* Straight handstand alignment
* Straddle handstand mechanics
* Shoulder stacking and scapular control
* Entry techniques and balance drills
* Strength and conditioning for inversion
* Wall drills and partner work
You will learn how the body organizes itself in a handstand so that balance becomes more accessible and sustainable.
Alchemy in Motion Yoga
The afternoon sessions focus on corrective movement and body organization.
Through slower and more intentional practice, we explore how mobility, breathing, and joint positioning influence the quality of movement.
These sessions help restore balance in the body after the intensity of the morning training.
Focus areas include:
* Shoulder mobility and stability
* Thoracic spine movement
* Rib cage positioning and breathing mechanics
* Core integration and pelvic positioning
* Wrist and shoulder recovery
* Corrective exercises for inversion practice
This work helps the body move with greater efficiency and less compensation.
